Latest News - Software Release

We are in the process of updating all clients to fieldplus Version 8 Series and a number of significant enhancements to the system

There are three main areas in this release that highlight the issues raised by users in recent months.  These are:

  • The accrual of paid annual leave in line with the Working Time Regulations, whereby interviewers accrue holiday pay each time they work.  Interviewers can then claim this payment for statutory annual leave at a time when leave is taken.
  • Importing of sample point details specifically for mystery shopper and pre selected data surveys.
  • Further flexibility using Lookup Forms to create user-defined letters, forms and mailings.

Software Releases

Version 8 series - This version is now being released - June 2008.

Some of the key points to look out for in the new version are:-

  • Accrual of Holiday Pay.
  • Function to allow multiple currencies linked to fee scales.
  • New field to display payclaim totals has been added.
  • Facility to group default job fees to aid with their management.
  • Prompts to alert user with standard or user-defined warning if payclaim has been entered for interviewer, job and allocation.
  • Additional functionality to Respondent Database including filtering of respondents by recruiter and status.
  • Respondents module - further enhanced reporting.
  • Additional functionality within all Quality Control.  Page 2 has been added to allow for up to seven user-defined fields for enhanced reporting for Appraisals, Edits and Validations.
  • Functionality added to allow importing and exporting of Sample Point information.
  • The QuotaBreaker! Min/Max feature can now be imported into Quota Batches.   Enhanced Allocation functionality and import feature.    
  • Design changes specifically made for compatibility with the new forthcoming .Net release of the package.
  • Notes facilities have been added to the Quota Batches form.
