Cost Structure:
There
is a one-off charge for all systems which covers the following:
- Configuration
and personalisation of the system
- Set
up on your existing server - or terminals in the case of stand-alone
systems
- Initial
on-site training and assistance in integrating the system into day
to day routines
- Transfer
and conversion of data for existing DOS System clients
- Transfer
of Interviewer details where practicable for new clients if available
in a suitable format - this would be subject to further investigation
and confirmation
fieldplus is supplied on an annual license
which includes:-
- Regular
system updates. Currently upgrades are being released anually. New reports and report enhancements are released regularly
- The
license provides users with Email and Telephone support and where possible
Modem support
Training:
- Initial
on-site training is provided as part of the set-up costs
- A
Training Schedule will be drawn up based on your own requirements
- Off-site
training courses are always being developed and cover all aspects
of the system including inter-linking with other Windows products.
- Courses are often run with delegates from other client companies
System Requirements:
For
your information the following is a summary of preferred hardware
and software options:
- Minimum
suggested requirements are:
CPU: Pentium 4
RAM: 256 Mb
HD: 500 Mb available disk space

Networks using Windows ® 2000 or XP software. We recommend either
Citrix ® or Microsoft ® Terminal Server as a network
environment but we will need to discuss your own particular requirements
with you prior to installation.
- Modem
working in conjunction with PC Anywhere software for on-line
support. Alternatively the facility to access via Microsoft ®
Net Meeting.

and quotabreaker! © have been written in Microsoft ®
Access 2000. We will supply you with a run-time version of the
software if required at no additional cost. If you are currently
running applications on earlier versions we will be happy to discuss
this with you.

In
order to really appreciate the functionality of the system and how
it can be incorporated within your field department we would like
