Keith Gordon Key Areas of Responsibility:- Product Design and Development Technical Support Sales

Keith trained as an accountant with one of North London's leading practices becoming a director, approved by the ICAEW, of the consultancy arm. During this period Keith specialised in developing both manual and computerised accounting systems as well as writing papers and a book on the subject.

He moved to become a consultant to a software house specialising in "Back Office Settlements" software for the city and "Company Secretarial" software for accountants in practice.

Keith subsequently formed a consultancy practice covering a wide range of financial and computer services specialising in recent years, in the market research industry. Since 1990 Keith and Sue have worked closely together to develop the UK's leading field management software system.

Keith is an associate member of The Market Research Society.

Sue Levene Key Areas of Responsibility:- Sales & Marketing Training Customer Liaison Product Design and Development

Sue comes from a marketing and sales background having worked mainly in the fashion and consultancy industries in the UK, Irish and International markets. She also spent a time in market research.

Sue is a qualified trainer, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and The Market Research Society.

Since 1990 she has been working with Keith in providing computer and training specialised services for the market research industry and the development of their bespoke field management software system.

Simon Pyzer MA Cantab (Hons), MIEE, CEng Key Areas of Responsibility:- Product Design and Development Technical Programming Technical Support

Simon graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Engineering/Electrical Sciences and is a Chartered Engineer.

He was employed by British Telecom for twenty-four years where his experience included development and support of data management tools and procedures for the early digital System-X telephone exchanges.

More recently he had been involved in process management, and the design and management of BT's Computer Systems Architecture Framework.

He joined Keith and Sue full time in l999 working on the development of their latest field management software.

Jo Silverman Key Areas of Responsibility:- Training Payroll Support

Jo has worked in the area of Information Technology as a trainer for more than 20 years. She has been involved with a wide range of clients including multi national companies, accountants, small businesses, colleges and charities. Jo has specific experience of installation and support of payroll systems.

Since 2002 Jo has been working with KGA, initiating and running classroom-based courses as well as on-site training and payroll support.
